For Try Before You Buy orders, an authorization is performed upon checkout to verify funds availability. The way the authorization is processed and how it will show up on your statement is different depending on the type of card you used: 

1. Credit card: Your credit card is authorized for the total order value to verify funds availability. The authorization is immediately canceled and no funds are held. While the authorization is immediately canceled, It may take the card issuing bank 1-2 days to remove the authorization from the cardholder statement. You will see a charge transaction for the "pay today" amount, which is the Try Before You Buy Deposit of $50 plus any additional items paid for upfront.
   
   
2. Debit card: Your debit card is authorized for the total order value less the pay today amount. The debit authorization will be kept in place during the trial period (3 days after delivery) and means that the money is still in your account but the funds are on hold and are restricted from being used. This is done to guarantee payment and help you avoid overdraft fees if you keep the items. You will only be charged for any items you keep after the trial period. Also note that you will see a charge transaction for the pay today amount, which is the Try Before You Buy Deposit ($50) plus any additional items paid for upfront.

No. If you choose the Try Before You Buy program, your order will no longer be eligible for our regular 30-Day Return Policy. Your return window will be replaced with the 3-day return window associated with TBYB orders.

To ensure that you receive your $50 deposit back or are not charged a restocking fee, we ask that the following steps are taken, and requirements are met:

Note: We are unable to provide shipping box(es) to you, you are responsible for supplying a box to ship your unit back to us. We strongly encourage keeping the box your unit comes in for the duration of the Try period.
• Please remove ALL WATER from your unit, additionally the exterior of the unit should be dry to the touch completely empty prior to shipping.
• The unit must arrive back to us with ALL accessories and components intact (including charging cords and any mounts).
• The unit must arrive in working, resalable condition.
• There is no visible sun damage, dirt, or scuff marks.

RinseKit is not able to refund any expedited shipping fees associated Try Before You Buy orders. It is up to the customer if they choose to select an expedited ship method and they will take responsibility for those shipping fees.

For Try Before You Buy, you are only able to purchase (1) RinseKit PRO, or (1) PRO + Auto Nozzle bundle at a time.
Please note: if/when a product is on pre-order, they will not be eligible for a try period.

You will get 3 days from when your item is delivered to decide if you love it or would like to return it back to us. We do ask that you keep the packaging that your unit is delivered in for easy returning. We are not able to provide additional boxes or packing supplies to get your item back to our warehouse.

At the end of your try period (3 days), if we do not hear from you, we will take that as you loved the product, and you will be automatically charged the remaining balance. You can find the tracking information for your order in the shipping confirmation email that is sent as soon as your items are fulfilled. Your order will ship as soon as the order is finished being prepared and you will receive an email to confirm.

Yes, you will have the same checkout shipping options as a regular order. Your Try period will start as soon as you receive the order.

Yes, absolutely. Simply select the "Add to Cart" button for items you want to purchase and the "Try Before You Buy" button for the unit you want to try.

If you have sent your item back, then the initial deposit is refunded as soon as the items are received. The refund should be automatic and may take a few days to be reflected on your statement once processed.
